This six-week return to exercise program is for women who are postpartum. Designed for the next stage of your postpartum fitness journey once you are post 6week vaginal delivery or 12 week post c-section or after completion of the 6week WeStryv Baby&Me: Rehab&Recovery plan. You should have clearance from your doctor or Midwife before you resume activity in the postpartum period. Please note that while some women will feel eager to return to movement, others won’t, and that is okay! What’s most important is that you rest and move your body when you are ready and in whatever way feels good to you.
