Lift Lean is a fun and challenging strength and resistance programme using dumbbells, resistance bands, slam balls, battle ropes and bodyweight. A full body, interval training session that is suitable for all levels of fitness

Though many people hold the fear that building muscle will make you bulky, lean muscle mass actually helps you decrease body fat. Muscle also aids with the burning of fat because muscle uses glucose and fatty acids as fuel
How does it work?
All Lean Lifting sessions are 45minutes
Includes a structured warmup designed to raise heart rate in preparation for the main workout intensity
