Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, you will receive a shipping confirmation that your order has left our facility. Our Distribution Team do not work Weekends or Bank Holidays, orders placed on these days are sent on the next working day.

Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use Hermes for all orders under 2kg.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, please email our customer service team via In all instances, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges of the returning merchandise

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure before sending that: 

- The product was purchased within the last 15 days. 
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the address is incomplete, it is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or it has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.

A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.

NB: If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to edit, reschedule, forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

During a “free shipping” sale, orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR  packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the normal shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion applied.  

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.  

If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can give you more information.

If you don’t believe a delivery was made, please inform us at the earliest opportunity along with your order confirmation number to All queries will be raised with the shipping provider on your behalf and feeback provided within 14days from the point of query raised. Full resolutions may take upto 28 days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Due to procedure requirements, refunds can take upto 14 days to be processed and clear.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, we have known refunds from companies to be held until approved by the card owner.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is especially evident around holidays and financial year end.
