Our 6-Week End-of-Year Stronger Program is a focused, high-impact program designed to help you rapidly increase your fitness level and build noticeable strength before the holiday season hits. Launching in November, this is the perfect opportunity to hit your final end-of-year fitness goal and step into the new year with momentum, not regret. What You'll Achieve: Significant Strength Gains: Our progressive, expertly-designed workouts focus on foundational movements and smart overloading to help you lift heavier and feel more powerful week after week. Boosted Cardiovascular Fitness: Integrated conditioning sessions will push your endurance, making everyday activities easier and leaving you feeling more energetic. Rock-Solid Consistency: The six-week structure provides the accountability and routine necessary to form lasting habits that you can carry through the holidays. Confidence & Momentum: Instead of feeling sluggish at year-end, you'll feel proud, strong, and ready to tackle the new year's challenges. What's Included: Weekly Training Plans: Six weeks of carefully structured workouts focusing on a balanced approach to strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health. All sessions are at 6am (there are seperate bookable programs for midday or 7:30/8pm) and take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our private studio in Ormskirk Expert Coaching & Support: Access to our certified fitness professional for form checks, motivation, and answering your training questions. Progress Tracking Tools: Simple systems to monitor your lifts, endurance, and overall well-being, so you can clearly see the improvements you're making. Who Is This Program For? This program is ideal for anyone who: Wants to prioritize their fitness before the busy end-of-year season. Is ready to commit to a structured, effective plan for six weeks. Cancellation Policy
Attendees must pay all course fees in full, in advance, to secure their place. Cancellation and refunds: By the attendee: A strict cancellation period of 14 days prior to the course starting will apply. Deferals are avilable upto 7 days prior to course start date into the following course block only (second deferals are not possible). Attendees who fail to show up often forfeit the entire fee. By the provider: The course provider may have the right to cancel a course. In this case, you may be offered a refund or the option to transfer to a future or amended date. Assumption of risk: Participants must sign a waiver acknowledging that they assume all risks of injury or damage associated with their participation. Health and fitness: You are be required to confirm that you are physically and mentally fit enough to participate in the course. The provider is not responsible for your fitness and can remove you if they have concerns, potentially without a refund. Medical disclosure: You may need to complete a health screening form and disclose any health issues, including mental health and learning difficulties, to receive appropriate support. PLease indicate at the time of booking which support, if any, that you require. Consent to testing: You are required to provide consent regarding the testing procedures, what data will be collected, and how it will be used. Full details are available upon request. Release of liability: Attendees agree to release the provider, its staff, and associated facilities from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur by booking this course. Participant conduct Respectful behaviour: You are expected to show respect for staff and other participants. Any inappropriate behaviour, such as discrimination or abuse, can result in removal from the course. Confidentiality: You may be required to keep information shared by other attendees confidential. Prohibited substances: The use of alcohol or illegal substances is forbidden during training. Consumption before the course may lead to your removal without a refund. Equipment: Any equipment provided must not be removed from the training environment. Participants who misuse or damage equipment may be invoiced for the costs Intellectual property: The course provider typically retains ownership of all intellectual property related to course materials, including workbooks, logos, and testing methods. Image rights: providers may take photos and videos during the course for marketing
