Our four week block aims to analyse your body through biomechanical assessments, building a program of Strength, mobility and plyometric challenges (bespoke to every participant) and then seeing your progression in the retest at week four. We will help you move better, feel stronger and ultimately move faster than before.
Every participant will receive;
* A one month access to a Bespoke program hosted on our coaching software. Programs will be available via mobile/tablet app or desktop logins.
*Four x 1hour StrideLab sessions which include testing in weeks 1 and 4
* A weekly check-in review
* Unlimited Access to Coaches via whatsapp
*Discounted access to 'StrideLabs @ WeStryv' branded sports kit
