We offer monthly ONLINE Coaching & Training services for endurance sports, adventures and general wellness. Whether you are focused on Health & Fitness or swimming laps in the pool, we will guide you down the right path. Some of the sports we coach are; Track/Road/Ultra running, trail running, swimming, triathlon, and Ironman.
These are highly individualised training plans that are strategically integrated with your day to day lifestyle for maximum effectiveness and adherence to your schedule. We will get to know you through questionnaires, athlete profiles, training history, assessments and the rapport we develop together from phone consultations, coach check-ins, emails, video chat, etc.
The more we learn about you, the more focused and effective your training will be. We design and plan your weekly, monthly and annual training program based on your goals, training time availability, stress levels, sleep patterns, exercise history, as well as your injury & health profile. We also address compensations, imbalances and injuries as needed with a corrective and functional strength training component. Our goal is for you to become a more resilient, knowledgeable and a complete athlete for life and the adventures ahead

How It Works

Plans are month to month with no start up fee. Once you select your coach / trainer and subscribe, you will be directed to a welcome page where you will find a few questionnaires to fill out. Take your time filling these out and be thorough.

We will create a Training Peaks account for you if you don't already have one. If you do have an account, we will send you a request to attach your athlete account with your coach. You will receive this through an email or notification. Training Peaks is application where you will find your scheduled and completed workouts.

Each week you will fill out a TTA Form (training time availability) for your coach. This ensures your training schedule matches your availability and is balanced properly with your day. Your schedule is continually refined based on your feedback and analysis of your completed workouts.

We will look over and analysis the data that you upload to Training Peaks and the questionnaires that you filled out. This can take a couple of days to go through before schedules are initially updated.

Each morning you will receive an email with your workouts. You can also view your training schedule at TrainingPeaks.com or through the TP app on your smartphone or tablet.

Stay in touch with your coach through email, messaging, phone or video chat. Record yourself performing exercises and movements, then send it to your coach for constructive feedback.

Purchase the recommended strength & conditioning equipment your coach advises you on.

Complete the scheduled workouts.

Training Peaks
To enable us to implement our expertise in utilising the latest analytical tools we require athletes to commit to training with heart rate monitors or power meters. It is imperative that the athlete be able to upload data frequently to Training Peaks to allow our coaches to continually adapt a progressive triathlon or cycling training programme.
