We offer monthly ONLINE Coaching & Training services for endurance sports, adventures and general wellness. Whether you are focused on Health & Fitness or multi day adventures, we will guide you down the right path. Some of the sports we coach are; Track/Road/Ultra running, trail running, cycling, mountain biking, triathlon, adventure sports and the business athlete. ​ These are highly individualised training plans that are strategically integrated with your day to day lifestyle for maximum effectiveness and adherence to your schedule. We will get to know you through questionnaires, athlete profiles, training history, assessments and the rapport we develop together from phone consultations, coach check-ins, emails, video chat, etc. ​ The more we learn about you, the more focused and effective your training will be. We design and plan your weekly, monthly and annual training program based on your goals, training time availability, stress levels, sleep patterns, exercise history, as well as your injury & health profile. We also address compensations, imbalances and injuries as needed with a corrective and functional strength training component. Our goal is for you to become a more resilient, knowledgeable and a complete athlete for life and the adventures ahead.

How It Works

  • Plans are month to month with no start up fee. Once you select your coach / trainer and subscribe, you will be directed to a welcome page where you will find a few questionnaires to fill out. Take your time filling these out and be thorough.

  • We will create a Training Peaks account for you if you don't already have one. If you do have an account, we will send you a request to attach your athlete account with your coach. You will receive this through an email or notification. Training Peaks is application where you will find your scheduled and completed workouts.

  • Each week you will fill out a TTA Form (training time availability) for your coach. This ensures your training schedule matches your availability and is balanced properly with your day. Your schedule is continually refined based on your feedback and analysis of your completed workouts.

  • We will look over and analysis the data that you upload to Training Peaks and the questionnaires that you filled out. This can take a couple of days to go through before schedules are initially updated.

  • Each morning you will receive an email with your workouts. You can also view your training schedule at TrainingPeaks.com or through the TP app on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Stay in touch with your coach through email, messaging, phone or video chat. Record yourself performing exercises and movements, then send it to your coach for constructive feedback.

  • Purchase the recommended strength & conditioning equipment your coach advises you on.

  • Complete the scheduled workouts.

Tier 0 is for athletes who wants to see/follow our weekly coached group sessions that develop speed, pacing & power

COACHING TIER 1 : £5 Monthly

Tier 1 is for athletes who wants to see/follow our weekly coached group sessions that develop speed, pacing & power

  • Training plan provided in format automatically transferable to phone/watch

  • Contact with coaches via whatsapp/email

COACHING TIER 2 : £25 Monthly

Tier 2 is for the motivated athlete who is looking for feedback and guidance with their training. This is great for the experienced athlete looking for proper scheduling with analysis and feedback.

 

  • No start up fee | month to month

  • Free Basic Training peaks account (Upgradable to Premium for £10 per month)

  • A customised sport specific training plan

  • Fortnightly schedule reviews and adjustments.

  • Regular coach access available via Whatsapp/email

COACHING TIER 3 : £45 Monthly

Tier 3 is for the athlete looking to learn more about their training and take it to the next level over the course of a season with assistance in Goal/Season planning. This includes a strength & conditioning program and a sport specific training plan. You will also checkin with your coach virtually 1x per month to review previous performances and plan ahead accordingly. We will cover everything from form, movement quality, self massage, mobility, balance, corrective exercise, breathing, etc. to ensure that you are moving well and on the right path.

 

  • No start up fee | month to month

  • Free Basic Training peaks account (Upgradable to Premium for £10 per month)

  • A fully customized training program that includes a movement screen, strength & conditioning and any corrective exercise specific to you.

  • Fortnightly reviews, with schedule adjustments.

  • Fortnightly schedule reviews and adjustments & 1 monthly check-in with your coach.

  • Unlimited emails and Whatsapp/Messaging with your coach.

COACHING TIER 4 : £70 Monthly

Tier 4 is a great option for the athlete that is looking for regular feedback, guidance and corrections on their training performance. This includes movement/mobility screening & 2 live video calls with your coach each month. Whether you're someone that has limited time or has been hampered by pain and injuries, we will create a fully integrated corrective exercise, strength & conditioning and sport specific plan that is built in support of your goals, available time to train and progression monitoring through our regular assessments. 

 

  • No start up fee | month to month

  • Free Premium Training peaks account

  • A fully customised training program that includes a movement screen, strength & conditioning and corrective exercise specific to you.

  • Regular review of nutrition & BMI with guidance

  • Weekly session reviews, with unlimited self re-schedule adjustments.

  • 2 monthly Remote Consultation Check-in Sessions up to 30 minutes each.

  • Race day planning/strategy and performance review

  • Unlimited emails and Whatsapp/Messaging with your coach.

COACHING TIER 5 : £100 Monthly

Tier 5 has you meeting with your coach each week via a Video Training Call. Your coach will take you through your scheduled workouts, ensuring that you are getting the most out of your training. Exercise form and executing the variables of your scheduled strength training, corrective exercise and functional movements correctly is essential. Little tweaks and adjustments to your form can make all of the difference in the world to whether you're achieving the intended benefit and obtaining your desired results.

  • A fully customised training program that includes a movement screen, strength & conditioning and corrective exercise specific to you.

  • Regular In-depth review of nutrition with guidance, advice & programming support

  • Regular athlete profile Testing with bespoke S&C programming with assessment & guidance

  • Daily & weekly workout reviews, with unlimited schedule adjustments.

  • Upto 4 monthly Remote Consultation Check-in Sessions to a limit of 120minutes each month.

  • Detailed race day planning/strategy and performance review

Training Peaks

To enable us to implement our expertise in utilising the latest analytical tools we require athletes to commit to training with heart rate monitors or power meters. It is imperative that the athlete be able to upload data frequently to Training Peaks to allow our coaches to continually adapt a progressive triathlon or cycling training programme.
