Tight hips, stiff backs, nagging injuries, and plateaus in performance. The Solution: This 4-week course is your "Pre-hab" toolkit. We move beyond basic stretching to focus on functional stability and load tolerance. By combining the mobility of Yoga, the deep core precision of Pilates, and the resilience of Strength Training, we address the root causes of common running injuries before they happen. What We Cover: Week 1: Ground Up – Bulletproofing feet, ankles, and Achilles. Week 2: The Powerhouse – Glute activation to prevent knee pain and hip drop. Week 3: Unlocking the Aero Position – Thoracic mobility to improve breathing and posture. Week 4: Integration – Single-leg stability and balance under fatigue. Who is this for?
