Want to learn how to run/bike/run efficiently and with confidence? Or maybe you want regular face-to-face coaching to help you achieve your goals? 

So many questions...whatever your motivation is, we can help

Many athletes suffer from injuries and constant niggles because of a few simple mistakes with their technique, get that fixed, and you can be running injury free in no time. 

With one-to-one coaching sessions we can help you become a better competitor, and avoid those niggles. All training sessions will be tailored to your needs and most importantly, we will have a lot of fun during the process.

All 121 Sessions are £25 per 60minutes

Swimming Laps

Swim 121

Available as indoor or openwater swimming, each session is based around your current swimming ability and technique, providing technique analysis and feedback, prescribing drills to improve your stroke, while working on exercises and techniques to help you reach your individual goals.

Two Friends Biking

Bike 121

Available as indoor (WattBike) or outdoor cycling, Our 1-2-1 sessions are tailor-made to give you greater skills, control and confidence to achieve your cycling objectives.  All sessions are rider-led, progressive, realistic and positive. You'll spend most of the time on the bike, learning how  to cycle under control in different traffic or group riding situations. You will come away with new skills and confidence, armed with a better understanding of how to safely negotiate most situations, either in day-to-day or event environments.

Running Partner

Run 121

Available as Indoor, Track, Trail or Road we offer a variety of sessions that can help you run better and more efficiently, with exercises tailored for you...whatever the terrain or distance.

We focus on runner’s individual need/s, eg. general running, interval sessions, running form/technique, uphill/downhill running, running drills, practicing race-day nutrition. (To be discussed prior to booking)
