Service Description
Strength and conditioning training helps to build muscle, which in turn will give the metabolism a boost as muscle burns more calories at rest. S&C training is hugely beneficial as it helps in enhancing the overall health and well-being of an individual. This type of training improves the strength and toughness of bones, tendons, muscles as well as ligaments. At each session we have 3 workouts to choose from that target different body areas. You will work to your ability, experience, current fitness level and overall goal, with the support and guidance of your PT, to maximise your workout. Sessions take place Monday, Wednesday & Friday at either 6:30am or 7am
